DePauw University's 179th Annual Commencement was held on May 20th. A total of 473 undergraduates were awarded degrees during the program, which took place in Holton Memorial Quadrangle.
On May 4, 2018, the School of Education corded graduates from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences on recognition of their completion of the teacher preparation academic program. The ceremony celebrates the induction of the student into the profession of teaching. Thirty-eight students from LAS College with majors in English, history, mathematics, music, earth science and world languages and cultures completed the program.
Bucknell University has released the dean's list for outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2017-18 academic year. A student must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a scale of 4.0 to receive dean's list recognition.
